- Group Size: For 25 students working in 5 groups.
- Kit Includes: Instructions, PCR EdvoBeads™, LyphoPrimer™ Mix, EdvoQuick™ DNA Ladder, DNA Templates, TE Buffer, UltraSpec-Agarose™, Electrophoresis Buffer (50X), SYBR™ Safe Stain, FlashBlue™ DNA Stain, Microcentrifuge Tubes and PCR Tubes.
- All You Need: DNA Electrophoresis, Thermal Cycler, Micropipettes 5-50 μL, Blue Light Transilluminator, White Light Box (optional-use if staining with FlashBlue™), Microcentrifuge, and Microwave or Hot Plate.
- Storage: Some Components Require Freezer Storage Upon Receipt.
