Sani-Tech Ultra-C platinum-cured silicone tubing is an ultra-pure, biopharmaceutical-grade tubing formulated for low extractables and extended pump life. It is manufactured in a certified clean room and is suitable for peristaltic pumping, sterile transfers, media processing, and single-use assemblies.

  • Platinum-cured silicone material.
  • Inner diameter 0.75 in (19.05 mm), outer diameter 1.25 in (31.75 mm), wall thickness 0.25 in (6.35 mm).
  • Shore hardness 50 Shore A (Ultra-C formulation).
  • Nominal coil length 50 ft (F designation).
  • Temperature range -80°F (-62°C) to 500°F (260°C).
  • Sterilization: autoclavable; gamma irradiation up to 5.0 Mrad (50 kGy); ethylene oxide.
  • Compliant with USP <88> Class VI, USP <87>, European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.9, and ISO 10993-5.
