SiR-NHS ester is the N-hyroxysuccinimidyl ester of SiR. This amine reactive probe enables the preparation of custom SiR probes. SiR-NHS ester can be coupled to any amine bearing ligand: antibody, drug, protein or nucleic acid. SiR is compatible with GFP and/or m-cherry fluorescent proteins. It can be imaged with standard Cy5 filtersets.
