Description

SmartCell™ with round post design utilizes standard round posts for easy custom configuration of mobile carts for greater mobility and visibility. The system allows for easy integration of standard wire shelves and brackets. Baskets are available in a flat configuration or can be angled.

• Contains six baskets and two wire shelves, two swivel casters and two swivel casters with brakes
• Casters are mounted to ¾ in. steel bar, to provide a larger footprint and prevent units from becoming top-heavy
• Cantilever leg frames are constructed from 1 x 2 in. boxed steel and finished in a cool gray powder coat.
• The basket hang bar connects to each upright, providing added security and extra weight capacity over the traditional basket mounted end supports.
• Baskets are available in fine mesh with ½ in. square openings and a medical-grade nickel chrome finish.
• Basket construction prevents the accumulation of dirt and debris
• Pedestal frames and louvered panels are finished with industrial strength powder coat to enhance the durability and longevity of the finish
• Carts are rated at 100 lb. per basket, but total cart capacity should not exceed 500 lb. Weight capacity should be evenly distributed along each basket, as well as the unit as a whole.
