SOD1 with the D90A mutation packaged in BacMam for expression in mammalian cells. BacMam provides even, near 100% transduction efficiency in HEK293 cells as well as expression in many other cell lines, iPSCs, and primary cultures. Expression is easily titrateable to your experimental needs or to adjust assay sensitivity. Wild-type or a version with a G85R mutation are also available. Co-express with Montana Molecular sensors for cell stress, cAMP, calcium, and more. This kit includes SOD1 D90A BacMam and 500mM sodium butyrate in H2O.
