Description

It acts as a significant part in the oxidation of aromatic, aliphatic, and alicyclic thiols. Potassium tetrahydroborate and sodium iodate in acidic aqueous solution react with cadmium to generate chemical vapor, which is useful for atomic fluorescence spectrometry application.
