For dilution and application of fluorescent reagents as well as for suspension, washing and storage of cells destined for flow cytometric analysis

Designed to maximize fluorescence signal intensities generated by pH-sensitive fluorochromes. In addition, this buffer contains a metabolic inhibitor sodium azide (NaN3) and animal serum proteins to help minimize non-specific binding.
