Soyabean HiVeg Medium is a gamma-irradiated, animal-component-free sterile powder for evaluating sterility throughout the manufacturing process. Built on the HiMedia plant-based HiVeg system, it replaces animal-origin peptones with vegetable hydrolysate and soya peptone, with sodium chloride, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and dextrose, final pH 7.3. Because it is supplied ready-sterilized, it can be used directly without autoclaving, making it ideal for environmental monitoring, media-fill simulations and process sterility checks where animal-free certification matters. Store in a cool dry place. Packaged as 500 g sterile powder.
