A multi-species reference control, used for correcting fluorescence spillover in both conventional and spectral flow cytometry

  • Simplify setting up controls for experiments as they expand the range of antibodies that can be recognized with a single bead.
  • Microparticles used to help generate fluorochrome profiles for spectral unmixing and compensation in multicolor flow cytometry.
  • Contains both a positive and negative particle in the same dropper bottle.
  • The positive particle can bind both kappa and lambda light chain-bearing immunoglobulins raised in mouse, rat, and hamster hosts.
  • Low autofluorescence on all laser lines, including violet and UV.
  • Compatible with common used stain, lysis, and fix/perm buffers.
