Ready-to-use, pre-measured gradient system for sperm preparation for use in INTRAUTERINE INSEMINATION (IUI).

  • Sperm isolated by layering 1 – 2mL semen on top of SpermCare™ gradient and centrifuging for 30 min. at 500xg
  • w/Gradient consisting of silane coated colloidal silica particles suspended in HEPES-buffered HTF
  • Pre-measured containers reduce chance of contamination and help eliminate product waste
  • Contains glucose as usable energy susbtrate to maintain normal cell metabolism, sperm function
  • Aseptically packaged and terminally sterilized
  • Contains product for five determinations
  • Shelf life: 18 months
