Description

This Mid-Size Grinding Vial has a sample capacity of up to 25 mL (1 to 40 g). Stainless steel end plugs and impactor and polycarbonate center cylinder.

• Grinds one sample at a time in the Large Freezer/Mill™ when used with the 6886 Mid-Size Grinding Vial Adapter.
• Sample grinding capacity 3 g – 25 g.
• Ideal for grinding soft plant and animal tissues and eliminates metal contamination.
• Withstands liquid nitrogen temperatures.
• Closed grinding vial prevents sample cross-contamination, retains volatiles, and controls hazardous or critical samples.
• Transparent plastic center cylinder allows visual checking of the grinding progress.
• Polycarbonate center cylinders are disposable.
• Polycarbonate end plugs, impactor, and center cylinders may be cleaned with hot water and detergent or RNase/DNase-free solution.
