The Micro 100 Grooving Tool is a 0.3750 inch shank grooving tool with a 0.125 inch groove width. It has a 0.031 inch corner radius and can groove to a depth of 0.500 inches. The Micro 100 grooving tool has an American National Standard Program grooving insert shape with a positive rake angle. It is made of solid carbide and has internal coolant capability. The grooving tool has a TiAlN coating for increased tool life and heat resistance. It is designed for grooving, cutoff and parting in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum and other materials. The Micro 100 grooving tool allows efficient grooving in a variety of machining applications.
