The angle style ledges are welded to the uprights to withstand continual use, tie bars are also welded to the uprights for added integrity. This unit has 5" all swivel corner mount stem type casters for upright stability and increased maneuverability. All-welded stainless steel construction is easy to clean and sanitize and provides longer life. Ships fully assembled for immediate use right out of the carton, made in the USA. Choose an angle style ledge when your pans are slightly smaller than 18" (457).
