This magnetic back provides a quick and easy way to attach any AGD indicator to flat, ferrous metal surfaces. It eliminates the need for clamps, rods, or snugs, saving time during machine, jig, and fixture setup. A special 5/16"-24 threaded stud back is included to replace the standard lug back, and the powerful, permanent magnet then attaches to this threaded stud. Anti-magnetic indicators are not required.
