It has a capacity of 55 gallons and is constructed from 22 gauge steel with dimensions of 23.5 inches diameter by 35 inches height. The drum has a tight head design and is UN rated for shipping hazardous materials. It can be used for storing and transporting liquids, powders, and some solids. The drum has a reinforced rolled rim for added strength. It meets DOT and OSHA requirements for industrial use. The 140X55 steel drum requires a lid or cover which is sold separately.
