Polynit Heatseal Low Endotoxin Wipes are manufactured from high quality 100% knitted polyester fabric with sealed edges and produce low levels of particles and fibers.

  • Polyester fabric offers a wide range of solvent compatibility
  • Validated sterile to 10-6 Sterility Assurance Level
  • Ideal for use in product contact areas
  • Half folded and triple packaged in linear tear outer bags for ease of transfer into ISO Class 5 (Grades A/B) cleanrooms.
  • Small packaging takes up less space making it ideal for any side cleanroom.
  • Recommended for Grade A/B or ISO Class 5 environments - product contact areas
  • 100% laundered knitted polyester generates very low levels of particles and fibers
  • Laser sealed edges reduces fiber generation from the edge of the wipe
  • Certified endotoxin level of <1 EU per wipe making them suitable for use in product contact areas
  • Smaller number of wipes per bag eliminates waste
