Completely suppressed the glucose uptake activity and induced apoptosis in GLUT1 expressing myeloma cells as well. Useful agent for immunometabolism research. Toxic to human pluripotent stem cells hPSCs and used to selectively eliminate hPSCs from mixed cultures.
