Stirring Shaft, 19mm, Chem-Stir, 3L-12L Flasks, 610mm OAL, Complete with PTFE Nut and Bolt. A 19mm OD precision ground stirrer shaft with our patented** Chem-Stir blade attachment system. Shaft (C) has been manufactured with a ring at the lower end to permit attachment of the blade (B) with a PTFE nut (D) and bolt (A). Shaft is supplied complete with PTFE nut and bolt set. The top end of the stirrer shaft is reduced to 1/2" (12.7mm) to fit into a CG-2046-03 universal adapter while the unground length varies to accommodate different flask capacities. PLEASE NOTE: STIRRER BLADES MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.THESE SHAFTS ARE NOT TO BE USED WITH ANY TYPE OF PTFE BEARING. FOR POLISHED SHAFTS USED WITH PTFE BEARINGS SEE CG-2087.PLEASE NOTE: 19MM SHAFTS HAVE A REDUCED DIAMETER TOP SECTION THAT IS 1/2"OD, PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN SELECTING THE PROPER SIZE COUPLING.
