Stool DNA Stabilizer, 180 ml. The DNA Stool Stabilizer is a liquid stabilization buffer to be used in conjunction with the Stool Collection Tube. The DNA Stabilizer inactivates DNases and prevents degradation of DNA, it preserves the microorganism titre and prelyses bacteria. The stabilized sample can be stored in the Stool Collection Tube for 3 months at room temperature. To extract DNA remove an aliquot, the residual sample can be stored for later extractions. For subsequent DNA extraction from stabilized stool samples we offer the PSP Spin Stool DNA Basic Kit.
