The saturated SalivaBio Oral Swab (SOS) or SalivaBio Children's Swab (SCS)/SalivaBio Infant's Swab (SIS) is placed in the small insert and entire tube is frozen. Upon thawing and centrifuging the saliva is contained within the large outer tube.
