It is available coupled to fluorescent dyes (DY-488, DY-549, DY-649) or to horseradish peroxidase (HRP). StrepMAB-Classic HRP is suitable for chromogenic and chemiluminescent reactions.The absorption/emission maxima of the fluorescent dyes are:• DY-488: 493/518 nm• DY-549: 550-560/575 nm• DY-649: 655/676 nmPlease note: For capturing of Strep-tagII and Twin-Strep-tag fusion proteins on solid phases, the use of StrepMAB-Immo or Strep-TactinXT is recommended due to the binding affinity in the pM range.
