The Streptavidin, (APC) (Cat. No. SA1005) conjugate has not been purified to remove multimers of streptavidin and APC. The molecular weights of streptavidin and APC are approximately 53 and 104 kDa, respectively. Thus, the conjugate will have a mixture of molecular weights starting at approximately 157 kDa for the 1:1 conjugate plus 210 kDa, 261 kDa, etc. for the multimers.
