Sharpening service for scissors.

Service for:

  • Premium blades: durable and economical with uncoated cutting edges; for general paraffin and cryostat use.
  • Silver blades: PTFE resin coated cutting edge; for use in general paraffin sectioning when ultra-thin sections are required.
  • Gold blades: edges are coated with titanium nitride that adds durability, versatility and longevity to the cutting edge; ideal for general paraffin and cryostat use.
  • Diamond blades: diamond-coated and excellent for general paraffin sectioning with special effectiveness on hard tissues and decalcified bones; cutting edge is more durable and lasts two to three times longer than conventional blades.
