The Scotch-Brite Surface Conditioning Disc is a 6 inch diameter non-woven abrasive disc used for surface conditioning and light deburring. It features an open web construction with aluminum oxide mineral throughout for consistent cutting action. The disc has Type 27 depressed center grinding wheels and attaches to grinders or buffers using the hook and loop fastening system. It effectively removes rust, paint, scale and light burrs from metal surfaces. The surface conditioning discs come 25 per box and are made in the USA by 3M.
