Permits addition of solvents to flash chromatography columns without disturbing silica-gel/packing layer

  • Lower end of the funnel is closed
  • Stem has series of small holes through which the solvent drains
  • Top of the funnel: 90mm in diameter
  • Funnels with 12mm or 19m O.D. stem fit 24/40 standard taper joint or 35/20 spherical joint
  • Funnels with a 28mm O.D. stem fit 45/50 standard taper joint or 50/30 spherical joint
