T4 RNA Ligase 2 is supplied in a 1000 Units format for RNA ligation workflows that require enzymatic joining of RNA substrates or adapter containing molecules. Applications include Intermolecular and intramolecular RNA strand joining, nick ligation on double stranded RNA, RNA-DNA hybrid ligation, ligation of 3 OH RNA to 5 phosphate DNA in duplex structures. This product includes 1mL of 10X Reaction Buffer, 100 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 20 mM MgCl2, 20 mM DTT, 5 mM ATP. Requires ATP unless the substrate is preadenylated.
