TaqMan™ Array, Human Ligand Gated Ion Channels, Fast 96-well

These 96-well plates are pre-configured with the most appropriate TaqMan™ Gene Expression Assays for a specific biological process, pathway, or disease state. Each plate contains predefined assays and endogenous controls dried-down in the wells, ready for accurate assessment of an entire gene signature in one simple experiment. The panel of assays in the TaqMan™ Array 96-well Human Ligand Gated Ion Channels Plate targets genes in the 3 superfamilies of the ligand-gated channels: 1) The Cys-loop receptors (GABAA receptor family, Glycine Receptor family, 5-HT Receptors⁄Serotonin, and Nicotinic acetylcholine receptor family); 2) The Ionotropic glutamate receptors (AMPA, Kainate, NMDA); and 3) The ATP-gated Channels (P2X receptors). Also in the panel are genes which encode Ion channel family members: Chloride channel, TRP (transient receptor potential) cation channels, Calcium Channel, and Sodium Channel. Additionally one gene from the Cyclic nucleotide-gated channel and Potassium gated ion channel are also present.
