Applied Biosystems™ TaqMan™ Array Human MAPK Pathways
Description
The panel of assays in the TaqMan™ Array 96-well Human MAP Kinase Pathways Plate targets genes from the four major groups of mammalian MAPKs: 1) ERKs (Extracellular signal-Regulated Kinases); 2) p38 MAPKs; 3) JNKs (c-Jun NH2-terminal Kinases); and 4) ERK5 (or BMK cascades). Genes from the MAP2K (MAPKK), MAP3K (MAPKKK), and dual-specificity protein kinase MAPKK (DUSP) groups are also on the panel. Other groups of kinases in this panel include: cyclin dependent kinase (CDK), MAP kinase interacting serine⁄threonine kinase (MNK), p21 activated kinases (PAK), and ribosomal S6 kinases (RSK). Several MAPK targets including genes associated with signal transduction, transcription regulation, cell cycle regulation and cancer are also included.
