Product DescriptionTris-buffered saline (TBS) is low salt used for Western blot washing with a concentration of 10X. It contains 500 mM Tris, 1.5M NaCl and has a pH level of 7.4.TBS is isotonic and non-toxic, and is used to dilute substances. This buffer is used as a washing buffer for electrodes and to wash microtiter plates for Western blot experiments and screening methods.
