Description

Virtually eliminates problems associated with wrinkled paraffin specimens

Unit heats to 70°C (158°F) and can be used to smooth wrinkles in paraffin-embedded sections or to warm slides for better frozen specimen attachment.

  • Simply touching a freshly prepared paraffin section to the heated surface removes wrinkles and bubbles
  • Warming slides prior to picking up frozen specimens provides a rapid, secure attachment virtually free of wrinkles
  • Space-saving 2.5 × 2.5 in. (6.4 × 6.4cm) heating block
  • Compact size lets you place the heating block on your cryostat or adjacent to your water bath
