This TCF1/TCF7 (C63D9) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody is a carrier-free formulation designed to detect endogenous levels of total TCF1/TCF7 protein. Produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region surrounding Pro96 of the human TCF1/TCF7 protein, this antibody does not recognize dominant negative isoforms lacking the amino-terminal β-catenin binding domain and does not cross-react with LEF1. This antibody is ideal for specialized or custom labeling applications.

  • Validated for western blotting, immunohistochemistry (paraffin), immunofluorescence (frozen and immunocytochemistry), and flow cytometry (fixed/permeabilized)
  • Supplied in 1X PBS without BSA or sodium azide
