The Beckman Coulter TCR Pan γ/δ Antibody (Clone IMMU510) is a mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes the T cell receptor (TCR) γ/δ heterodimer on the surface of γ/δ T cells. It is intended for use in flow cytometry to identify γ/δ T cells. This antibody is supplied as a 100 tests solution that contains sodium azide as a preservative. It is optimized for staining peripheral blood lymphocytes but can also be used on other sample types. The antibody binds to an extracellular epitope of the TCR γ/δ heterodimer and does not interfere with cell function.
