The Beckman Coulter TCR Vβ11 Antibody is a purified mouse monoclonal antibody that recognizes the human T cell receptor Vβ11 family. It is conjugated to FITC and is intended for use in flow cytometry to identify T cells expressing this Vβ chain. The antibody clone is C21 and it has been tested for cross-reactivity with other Vβ chains. It is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. The recommended usage is 5-10 μL per test, with 106 cells in 100 μL. It can be used to monitor T cell populations in immunological studies.
