The Caprico TCR-Y-S-FC Antibody FITC is a fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) conjugated monoclonal antibody that recognizes the TCR-Y-S complex on the surface of T cells. It is produced in mice and isotype IgG2b, kappa. This antibody can be used for flow cytometry analysis of TCR-Y-S expression on T cells. The optimal suggested dilution is 1:50-1:200 for flow cytometry. This antibody is supplied as 100 tests in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 0.2% BSA. It should be stored at 4°C.
