The TESA Brown & Sharpe Edge Finder is a precision tool designed for accurately locating the edges of round or flat workpieces. It features hardened steel and precision ground construction to ensure durability and accuracy, capable of locating work within 0.0005 inches. This edge finder is rated for use up to 1,000 RPM. It is placed in a standard collet or chuck. As it rotates and approaches the work's edge, the head moves sideways approximately 1/32 inch, and the finder's center will be exactly one-half of the head diameter away from the work's edge.
