Description

Complete stand-alone unit for high-speed reading of 96 2DCypher-coded tubes in cluster rack format

Features 3-second read time, rack orientation recognition, ability to integrate other scanning systems (rack barcode readers and single tube reader). ODBC-compatible results output; customizable result formats.

Components: Matrox 4Sight-II Unit PC with 850MHz Intel™ Pentium™ III processor, 10.4Gbytes storage, 128Mbytes RAM, standard 10/100BaseT LAN connection, preinstalled software. Reader head (207mm L x 120mm W x 170mm H) with integrated light source, temperature control down to -20°C, power supply. 15 in. TFT flat screen monitor. USB keyboard and mouse; 2 USB, 2 serial, 1 parallel (printer) ports, 3 main power leads. Reading head case safeguards against ingress of fluids and dust. T-Slot encasing permits mounting within integrated systems. Can be used in cold room storage. Compatible with some non-ABgene codes. Operating Parameters: Ambient temperature processor. -20°C to +30°C reading head. Power to x3 IEC connections (100-240V at 50-60Hz).
