Leica ThermoBrite Humidity Cards are consumable inserts for the ThermoBrite slide denaturation/hybridization system. Supplied in packs of 10, they are saturated with distilled or deionized water and inserted into the instrument lid to maintain humidity and prevent probe evaporation during slide processing.

• Maintain humidity to prevent probe mixture evaporation.
• Supplied in packs of 10.
• Insert into lid card slots and support with lid tabs.
• Saturate new cards with approximately 13 mL distilled or deionized water.
• Resaturate with 3-10 mL before subsequent runs.
• Replace every 1-2 weeks or when cards no longer retain water.
• Do not substitute with paper towels or other filter materials.
