These Durac thermometers feature markings that are permanently printed on the glass, individually serialized, and red spirit liquid that has a dark scale contrasts against a white background. Some thermometers are PFA coated for added safety which may cause a slight change in accuracy up to 1 division. Dry block thermometers - designed for use in all standard heating blocks and water baths with most having arrows indicating critical temperatures.
