This buffer also provides superior reaction conditions for other thermophilic DNA polymerases, including Taq DNA Polymerase, as well as various other DNA and RNA modifying enzymes. Supplemental MgSO4 is provided to maximize flexibility for users that require additional Mg2+ for their specific application.
