Cat. No. 03-527B includes eight-tube safety mailer only. Complete set (Cat. No. 03-527C) includes: 10mL vial tubes, foam mailer with lid, absorbent material, water-resistant tape, pressure-lock plastic bag, 200 lb. test corrugated shipping carton with antitamper locking tabs and instructions.

Leak-resistant, EPS foam mailer holds 30mL bottle, eight 10mL tubes, materials for insurance testing and other paperwork. (Note: this includes the foam unit only. For the complete set including tubes, tape, and shipping carton, see 03-527C.)
