The Thread Mill 3/4-12 Carbide is a high-performance thread milling cutter made by Niagara Cutter. It has a 3/4" shank diameter and can cut 12 threads per inch. The cutter is made of solid carbide for durability and has TiAlN coating for heat and wear resistance. It can machine a wide range of materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, titanium and high temp alloys. The 3-flute design provides efficient chip evacuation. It is capable of high feed rates and productivity in thread milling applications. The cutter produces excellent thread quality and dimensional accuracy.
