The Micro 100 16R775 is a 1/4" diameter, 3/4" long, 4 flute carbide thread mill with a right hand spiral flute. It has a TiAlN coating and can cut 60-62 HRC materials. The thread mill has a 1/4"-28 UNF shank and can cut thread sizes from #10-24 UNF to 1/4"-28 UNF. It has AlTiN nano coating for wear resistance and increased tool life. The thread mill body is made of micrograin carbide with high cobalt content for strength and heat resistance. It can machine a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, titanium and high temp alloys. It is designed for high performance threading in production environments.
