It features a durable carbide insert with a TiAlN coating for increased tool life and heat resistance. The tool has a 1/4" shank diameter and can cut 60 degree internal and external right-hand threads from 4 to 56 threads per inch. With its precision ground insert geometry, it delivers accurate, chatter-free threading in one pass. The tool comes with one SDUCR 07 insert and can be used on lathes, screw machines, and CNC machines.
