The Micro 100 1/8" Shank Threading Tool is a high speed steel threading tool with a 60 degree threading insert. It has a 1/8" shank diameter and can cut unified thread sizes from 4-56 to 1/4-20 as well as metric thread sizes from M1.6 to M6. The tool comes with one DCMT 070204 threading insert and can cut a variety of materials including steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, brass, bronze, plastics and more. The threading tool features precision ground shanks and is balanced for chatter-free cutting. It's designed for optimal chip control and superior thread finish in CNC applications.
