The threading tool has an American National thread profile and can cut threads from 4 to 56 threads per inch. It is designed for use on lathes, screw machines, and automatic chucking machines for both right- and left-hand threading applications. The tool is made in the USA out of C2 grade high-speed steel for durability and has an unfinished shank.
