The Micro 100 Threading Tool is a 6.00mm carbide threading tool with 16 teeth per inch. It has a 60 degree included angle and is made of micrograin carbide with titanium aluminum nitride coating for wear resistance and lubricity. The tool has a 1/4" shank diameter and is designed for internal and external threading applications in steels, stainless steels, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals. It provides accurate, chatter-free threading and can be used on CNC lathes, screw machines, and manual lathes. The tool measures 5-1/2" overall length.
