Description
Detect acquired or congenital disorders affecting the extrinsic and common pathways with Thermo Scientific™ Pacific Hemostasis™ Prothrombin Time (PT) Reagents. Widely accepted as a means of monitoring patients on oral anticoagulant therapy such as Warfarin/Coumadin, reagents are manufactured with up to three years extended shelf life and have excellent lot-to-lot consistency.

- Reconstitution stability: 7 days at 2° to 8°C (36° to 46°F)
- Dried rabbit brain thromboplastin
Thromboplastin-D with CaCl2 (Product No. 10-0356, 10-0357):
- Target ISI value of 1.7 to 2.2
- Expected normal values of 12 to 15 seconds
Thromboplastin-DS (Product No. 10-0362, 10-0354):
- Target ISI value of 1.0 to 1.3
- Expected normal values of 12 to 15 seconds
