CUBIC-B can be used for clearing bones as an optional step used alongside the regular CUBIC protocol.

  • The CUBIC technique enables cyclopedic imaging at a single-cell resolution following whole-body and whole-organ clearing.
  • CUBIC-B is an optional addition to the CUBIC clearing protocol, and can be used to clear bone tissue.

Note: Both T3741 and T3740 are required for the CUBIC clearing process.
