Description

CUBIC-X2 is an optional addition to the CUBIC clearing process, and is used for RI matching with expanded tissues. Used in combination with CUBIC-X1 (T3866).

  • The CUBIC technique enables cyclopedic imaging at a single-cell resolution following whole-body and whole-organ clearing.
  • CUBIC-X2 is an optional addition to the CUBIC clearing protocol, and is used for RI matching on previously swollen/expanded samples.

Note: Both CUBIC-X2 (T3867) and CUBIC-X1 (T3866) are required for the CUBIC clearing process with expansion/swelling.
