Cell Signaling Technology TMEM175 (F5G5U) Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody, Mouse and Rat Reactivity, 100 μL
SDP

Catalog No. 502732903
Encompass

This rabbit monoclonal antibody is designed to detect endogenous levels of total TMEM175 protein. TMEM175, or transmembrane protein 175, is a potassium channel found in the membranes of late endosomes and lysosomes that regulates lysosomal pH stability, membrane potential, and organelle fusion. The antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues near the amino terminus of mouse TMEM175 protein.

  • Validated for use in western blotting applications.
  • Species reactivity includes mouse and rat.
  • Supplied in a formulation containing 10 mM sodium HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 μg/mL BSA, 50% glycerol, and <0.02% sodium azide.
  • Recommended western blotting dilution is 1:1,000.
  • Store at –20°C; do not aliquot.
